Pennybags and H2O
Because it is built into a large hill, those in the know often refer to Sioux City as the Lake Neepaulin of the Midwest. And atop this massive mountain of a town is . . .this building. the Sioux City Waterworks. Together with the Electric Company, Waterworks thwarts would-be railroad tycoons from establishing monopolies or passing GO.
